It is Christmas Eve and I should like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and a healthy, peaceful and prosperous New Year. This year has been eventful and quite hard work. Firstly with all the extra work involved in setting up the new Cornwal Housing company and the continuing work around the more efficient delivery of Adaptations under the Disabled Facilities Grant system added to the routine. Here in the east, Planning continues to take up an evening each 3 weeks together with the preparation work entailed and the other locally focussed Community Network, Parish Councils and other meetings keep me busy. I look forward to 2012 in a hopeful frame of mind trusting that the outlook for everyone will improve in the next 12 months. Please be in touch if you need me.
