After 7 long years the St Cleer Neighbourhood Development Plan has passed its Examination with some very minor tweaks to the words. Cornwall Council have made the decision to publish the Plan.
The final step, a referendum by a simple majority of those who vote, will be held as soon as elections are permitted again in England. However in planning terms it is now of considerable weight and should be listened to by all.
