The continuing problems with waste are causing so much trouble to so many. It appears that the higher part of Darite, parts of Ley and even individual houses in groups of others do not exist.

Cory please put the drivers and crews who know the routes and locations back where they belong. That would make the process of catching up with the backlog much simpler. It must be costing so much in penalties and overtime as well as making the lives of those members of staff who were TUPEed into the new contract so difficult.

The administration whose determination to cut, cut, cut all services and grind every penny out of the process must be held to account. Our council tax is high enough for us to expect a decent standard of service across the board. Please continue to let me know where there are problems – it would also be helpful if you could let me know when these are resolved.
